DRAM 409 - Advanced Acting I - Fall 2024

Investigation and development of the actor's process with a deepening rigour toward integrating vocal and physical modalities as they connect to dramatic text. A study of best practice in rehearsal, and introduction to live-public performance.
This course may not be repeated for credit.

  • For 400-level acting, the following courses must be taken in the same year - Drama 409, 412, 416, and 418.

Prerequisite(s)

  • Drama 302 or 310, 316, and 318, audition and consent of the Division Lead, Drama.

Corequisite(s)

  • Drama 416 and 418.

Antirequisite(s)

  • Credit for Drama 409 and 400 will not be allowed.
