Welcome to University Theatre Services

University Theatre Services (UTS) is a support service department within the Faculty of Arts, with a primary function to support the academic programs of the departments in the Faculty. UTS also provides a wide variety of production, publicity, box-office and management support services to all users of the University Theatre, the Rozsa Centre including the Eckhardt-Gramatté Hall, the Boris Roubakine Recital Hall and the Reeve Theatre, including both on campus and off campus customers. The Rozsa Centre also provides complete facilities for small conferences and meetings.

Our mission is to provide this support within a professional and collaborative environment that offers progressive and safe working conditions for all our clients, and facilitates and nurtures creative and cultural activity in all aspects of our work.

How do I get to the University of Calgary?

Parking is available across campus. The closest lot is the Arts Parkade which provides indoor access to all of our venues. For lot locations and rates, click here.

Where can I purchase tickets?

Campus Ticket Centre provides advance sales for most performances in our facilities. They can be purchased online or by calling 403-220-7202.

All performance tickets can also be purchased at Theatre Services box offices one hour prior to the event. The box office remains open to approximately 30 minutes after the start of the event. Please note that Theatre Services only accepts cash at this time. An ATM is located in both venues for you convenience.

Do you have a Lost and Found?

Yes, please contact our main office during regular business hours at 403-220-4901.

Are your venues wheelchair accessible?

Yes. All venues are wheelchair accessible and patron drop off locations are located outside each venue. For advance notice and inquiries you can call our Front of House Manager at 403-220-4906.
